Returns and refunds
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Item Condition: Jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and sent back in its original packaging/box.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified for the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
